Doghouse Diesel 3rd Gen Power Package 3: 600 - 750 HP
Stepping up from our 525 - 600 HP package is our 600 - 750 HP package. This is about the last point in which you can RELIABLY
maintain the stock internal components of your engine. Once you begin to approach the 800 HP mark, significant internal modifications
become necessary. This includes, but is not limited to cam, piston, rod, crank and block modifications.
Please
understand that you MUST have gauges and supporting tranny mods to run this package. A simple torque converter and valve body
WILL NOT stand up behind this package. You MUST have a fully built transmission, including billet input, intermediate and
output shafts. Anything less and you are asking to get towed.
This package is easily capable of 70+ psi, so head
studs and valve springs are REQUIRED.

The
ATS Aurora Compounds are completely streetable at these power levels; be it as a daily driver, tow rig or weekend warrior.
The kit is a fully bolt on design and requires little to no modifications to existing parts to complete the installation.
The only exception is one of the AC lines that may / may not need to be relocated on certain trucks.
600 - 750
HP. This is the range that you will be able to effectively control EGT's and do everything a truck is suppossed to do. Is
it capable of more power than this? YES, but you'll be pushing the limits of it's ability to control EGT's.
For
600 - 650 HP, you'll be looking at DDP 90's and a 33% Modified CP3
For 650 - 700 HP, you'll be looking at DDP 120's
and a 45% Modified CP3
For 700 - 750 HP, you'll be looking at DDP 150's and AT LEAST a 45% Modified CP3...preferably
dual CP3's.
The compound turbo comfiguration is easily capable of clearing up the smoke in this power range, but
at lower RPM's while waiting on the large turbo to spool there can be significant smoke output.
