You won't find a lot of fine print here, just how we do business.

- If you find a lower LEGITIMATE advertised price, let us know and we'll make every effort to meet / beat that price. On some
items, we simply cannot sell lower than a price set by the manufacturer.
2 - All returns MUST have an RGA number to
be accepted. Anything returned to us, or directly to a manufacturer, without prior coordination will NOT be serviced. Items
that are not defective will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. At no time are shipping charges eligible fo refunds.

- If you request a price quote on a product or labor, that quote is good for a period of 30 days. This is due to changes in supplier
pricing that may effect the final cost of the product and is beyond our control.
4 - Parts have a manufacturer warranty
specified by them. If you purchased the product from us, we will work with the manufacturer to resolve any issues in the event
of a product defect. The actual warrantable work on these items, if any, is SOLELY at the discretion of the manufacturer.
We DO NOT warranty specific products that we do not produce.
5 - There are NO RETURNS on electronics or drive line products
unless they are defective from the manufacturer and in their original, unopened packaging. These defects MUST be noted within
5 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. Any item that has been installed or used will not be accepted. This includes,
but is not limited to, programmers, sensors, modules, solenoids, differentials, drive shafts, valve springs, cams, etc.

- There is absolutely NO REFUNDS on custom ordered parts once prodution has started. Custom ordered parts are made to specifications
provided BY THE CUSTOMER and, as such, are not marketable as a normally for sale item. Custom order parts include, but are
not limited to drive shafts, suspension bracketry, modified transmission and engine components, or any part that is otherwise
not a "stock" item.
7 - Labor is warranteed for a period of 1 year. Owner abuse, neglect or mistreatment
is not covered.
8 - We adhere to a Repair, Replace, Refund policy. If you have a problem with an item, we will first
attempt to repair the item. If it cannot be repaired to "like new" condition, we will replace the item. If we are
unable to replace the item due to, but not limited to, circumstances such as manufacturer discontinuance, end of life cycle,
or supercedence, we will then refund the purchase price of the product. At NO TIME will a refund be granted without attempting
repair or replacement first.
